HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?
Are you registered? If so enter your login and password into the ‘My Account’ form located in the right-hand sidebar and then follow the prompts. Not registered? Simply apply now for a login username and password using the registration form (please note you must have an ABN number to be eligible for access).
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER VALUE?
Yes, orders under $100.00 (AUD) will incur a Handling fee of $15.00 (AUD).
HOW ARE GOODS SHIPPED?
Several methods are used from Australia Post to couriers and freight companies servicing certain areas. If no preferred method is nominated by the purchaser, then goods are shipped at the best cost and method related to weight and size of the parcel and efficiency of service.
WHO PAYS FOR FREIGHT?
Freight will be charged at ‘cost’on the purchaser’s invoice.
DO YOU SELL GENUINE BRAND NAMES?
All Brand products are of genuine manufacture and come with Manufacturers warranty.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Items found to be faulty as a result of poor manufacture will be replaced at no charge including postage. Return of faulty goods will be at purchaser’s expense. Where damage is deemed to be due to misuse, no replacement will be given.
DO YOU SELL DIRECT TO THE PUBLIC FROM YOUR WAREHOUSE?
No. Business customers with ABN only.
HOW CAN I PAY?
We accept Cheques or Direct Deposit to our bank account. Credit Card facilities are available by phoning (on receipt of Invoice) with card details.
